ViaTech's support telephone line is open between 07:00 – 23:00 CET. The service department can offer highly skilled service personnel covering both software and hardware. ViaTech aspire to have all essential parts in stock for replacing non-functioning units as fast as possible.

ViaTech has an established support system where our service personnel can take control of the computer installed in the vehicle. By use of this tool, our service personnel can support the operator and carry out system diagnostics. ViaTech can offer a service agreement to users of ViaTech products.
